The decision-making body of the partnership is the GTDP Board. The Board comprises representatives from the various partnership organisations and stakeholders, along with the Chairs of the three Sub-Groups Community Subgroup, and and an independent Chair.
The Board holds formal meetings roughly every two months. The meetings are open to the public to observe, though there will often need to be a private session in each meeting to discuss commercially sensitive matters. Agendas and papers are published a week in advance, and minutes of the public part of each meeting should be available within about two weeks of each meeting.
